  We have decided to set a mark of honour and  originality for ourselves as norsemen, because we know who we are, we know where we are coming from and we also know where we are heading to. Our goal is unambiguous, to serve humanity. There is nothing else that makes us who we are than working hard and anointing humanity with virtuous oil of hope and satisfaction. As an organization, our hearts bleed when we see the despondency and helplessness on the faces of humanity. Our hearts bleed when we see people oppressed for  the simple reason that they are weak and poor. Our hearts bleed when we see people without food, clothing and shelter. Our hearts bleed when children who should be in school are turned into hawkers, beggars, weapon bearers and war mercenaries. Our hearts bleed when humanity is shortchanged and weakened by injustice.
