The Honourable Commissioner for Information, Public Orientation and Strategy, Hon. Declan Emelumba, has pledged to ensure that grassroots communities are actively engaged and well-informed about government activities and initiatives in Imo State.
Hon. Emelumba made this commitment while receiving a delegation of the Association of Chief Press Secretaries/Special Assistants on Media and Publicity to Local Government Chairmen in Imo State. The visit took place at the Ministry's office in the State Secretariat Complex, Owerri.
