Formation of the Umuihuocha Intermediate Committee (UIC) In adherence to the customs and developmental framework of Umuihuocha Autonomous Community, the Traditional Prime Minister (TPM), Chief Magnus Okoro , in collaboration with the Umuihuocha Development Union (UDU) , initiated the Umuihuocha Intermediate Committee (UIC) .
